Unlike many team development programs, this workshop offers immediate, practical applications to boost your team’s productivity, fulfillment, and sense of reward in their work. You’ll have productive conversations around the type of work that team members enjoy, find tedious, or find challenging, plus other work-related conversations that you just don’t have in other workshops.

In addition, you’ll gain new ideas on how to assign work within projects, how meetings should be structured and who might be best to invite based on the goal and learn how to be completely okay with a teammate not being so awesome in one or two aspects of workflow. It’s all in here!

This workshop is available in a two-hour and four-hour format, which can be delivered virtually or in person. To ensure maximum benefit, participants are encouraged to read or listen to the book “The Six Types of Working Genius” by Patrick Lencioni, prior to the workshop. The stimulating ideas and insights presented in the book truly come alive when experienced in this powerful and dynamic workshop.

As for the assessment, while you can purchase it directly online, we would invite you to take it through our facilitator’s account so your results come directly to us to then present as part of the workshop experience. You’ll certainly get all your reports to use after the workshop as well.
