Coaching is now an accepted leadership development modality. Whether the coaching is woven into a traditional leadership development program or being chosen to help a leader refine their approach to leadership, it can be highly effective.
We partner with organizations to provide coaching to their leaders either one at a time or to a whole group. Our executive coaching services are scalable since our head coach has personally trained hundreds of executive coaches over the years.
The leaders we coach usually are at the highest rungs of the organization and aspire to
- Succeed in a new role (or prepare for a pending promotion)
- Transform the teams they lead to drive higher performance
- Communicate in ways that engage and inspire
- Execute on priorities including new change initiatives
- Deal with conflict productively
- Lead with more emotional intelligence (listening, empathy, awareness of others)
Our typical coaching engagement is 6 months with weekly or bi-weekly sessions conducted virtually. We typically include a few proven assessments and an online 360 to ensure that accelerated insight and quality feedback contribute to the scope of the coaching engagement.
We expect that the leaders of those we coach will also be engaged in the process and supportive of the coaching objectives. Success is measured by a variety of mechanisms including your own engagement surveys, confidential 1on1 interviews, online 360s, check-in meetings with management and the like.
