Introducing Red2Blue – Your Pathway to Performance Under Pressure
What do you do when the tension rises and you still need to deliver?
Chances are you rely on your training. Hours and hours of training prepared you for this moment, right?
You might also lean into your structure. Hours and hours refining the structure to enable the training to support the delivery.
Skills and Structure are all you need to deliver excellence, right?
But if that’s the case, why do well-trained people working within the structure still fall short of expectations when it matters most?
Why do veteran leaders get flustered on stage during difficult times?
Why do athletes who’ve prepared all their careers for the big game choke?
The third element
Skills and structure aren’t enough when pressure rises and things start to go awry.
There’s a third element that comes into play during high pressure situations. It helps you stay calm, shift your focus and deliver.

It’s your mindset.
Inherently you know how important your mindset is going into moments that matter. You can’t imagine winning with a negative mindset. So why don’t you train your mindset?
For most, the answer is, “I don’t know how.” We don’t have training programs for mindset.

What is Red2Blue?
The Red2Blue methodology was developed by Gazing Performance Systems in 1998 by four corporate, sports, and psychological experts. They wanted to answer the question of how you help people perform consistently even when under extreme pressure.
While Red2Blue was originally designed to support corporate performance, it became widely known when it was adopted by the All Blacks rugby team.
Once the All Blacks incorporated the Red2Blue performance system into their training program, they raised their level of results and went on to become world champions in the sport of rugby.
Since then, Red2Blue has gone round the world and to many other sports teams. Because of its effectiveness and ease of application, Red2Blue has shown its effectiveness for all ages and walks of life. Red2Blue has also been used to great effect by:

What makes Red2Blue so effective?
- It’s easy for anyone to understand.
- It’s easy to put into action.
- There are specific exercises to shift from Red head to Blue head.
- It complements existing skills training programs and structure development.
How to experience Red2Blue for yourself
We are now one of the first training firms on the west coast of the United States to offer Red2Blue programs. We are initially focusing on corporate leaders and teams and athletic organizations.
Note that Red2Blue is not intended to be a one and done training program. It’s best used as an ongoing discipline that should weave its way throughout the organization to have its greatest effect on results.
We recommend starting with leadership, then cascading down through the levels of the organization.
With that said, we are happy to offer an introduction program that will help you get familiar with the concepts of Red2Blue with no obligation to go further.
We are offering a free Lightning Lesson on the Maven virtual learning platform
on Thursday, October 29th from 9:00 am – 9:30 am Pacific Time.
Claim your spot in the free class by visiting this page on the Maven website.
Who is teaching the class?
Michael Neuendorff, the president of Bay Area Executive Coach, will personally teach this introductory class. He has been certified as a Red2Blue coach by the Gazing organization in conjunction with EDelia Group, a Gazing Red2Blue partner.
