SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA October 2025 –
Bay Area Executive Coach’s head coach and company principal, Michael Neuendorff, is now a certified coach supervisor, having recently completed a rigorous program to earn the credential.
This coach supervisor certification marks a crucial milestone on the path to becoming a Master Certified Coach, the International Coaching Federation’s most distinguished credential. The coach supervisor program involved approximately 40 hours of training and 5 hours of pro bono work with newer coaches to hone skills and master diverse supervision models. For Neuendorff, this intensive 5-month process culminated in a certificate granted by the highly regarded global coach training firm, Beckett McInroy.
“This credential rounds out my offerings to coaches,” commented Neuendorff. “I already provide comprehensive training for aspiring and experienced executive coaches and mentor coaching through the Center for Executive Coaching. Now I can round out my services to coaches with coaching SUPERvision, which I’m planning to offer in a limited fashion in 2026.”
For those who are unaware of SUPERvision, an explanatory video has been posted to the Bay Area Executive Coach YouTube channel. It can be found here.
