DiSC Workplace Conflict Profile
The Hidden Power of Workplace Conflict
Workplace conflict is inevitable and has the potential to be destructive. However, there is a benefit if these disagreements are managed effectively. Conflict discussions can serve as a catalyst for innovation; disagreements can encourage diverse perspectives, reveal hidden issues, and ultimately strengthen relationships.
We assist teams and professionals in harnessing the positive aspects of conflict. Our workplace conflict training fosters self-awareness about conflict behaviors, helps individuals recognize unproductive impulses and triggers, and provides guidance on how to effectively reframe responses.
Our ½-day training program utilizes the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment to help individuals and teams understand their unique conflict behaviors, imagine more productive ways to approach difficult conversations and improve workplace relationships and results.

Who Would Benefit From This Workshop?
We recommend the Productive Conflict program for employees of all levels and within all industries. The topics we cover are relevant for all staff and leaders. We encourage anyone who wants to improve their conflict management and interpersonal relationships to learn more about this interactive program, which incorporates expert facilitation, video modules, pair and share exercises and journaling.
The Learning Experience

DiSC in Conflict
The results from Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment will show participants how various DiSC styles navigate conflict and offer a deeper understanding of their own conflict style tendencies.

Individual Behaviors and Triggers
Individuals will learn how disagreement can trigger automatic thoughts, which lead to automatic responses. Participants will then explore their own triggers and their heretofore automatic responses as a result of these..

How to Make Conflict Positive
Participants will take the knowledge they have gained so far to learn how to spot and avoid their harmful tendencies and move towards productive conflict behaviors. Techniques will be taught to pause and reframe automatic thoughts and impulses in order to respond in a productive way.

Personal Action Plan
Finally, participants will create a personal action plan which lays out a specific and measurable plan for them to start improving their self awareness and workplace relationships.

* Note that this is not a program that takes participants through a process to handle difficult conversations. Instead, it’s a self-discovery program that provides insights as to how one behaves in such conversations instinctively and to learn a new way to approach them more thoughtfully and productively. It’s a fine complement to a program that teaches such a process.
